Available in Introduction, Advanced, or Continuing Ed levels. These workshops help individuals and teams discover and apply their natural talents for greater performance, connection, and validation. Advanced options dive deeper into team dynamics and performance.
Emotional Intelligence Workshop
2 hours | In Person Only
Participants complete a paper-based EI assessment, engage in group discussion, and identify 2–3 areas of focus for the next six months. Great for continued conversation in future staff meetings or one-on-ones.
Zoom Book Communication Exercise
2 hours | In Person Only
A unique, hands-on team-building activity that challenges participants to put a story in the correct order—encouraging effective communication and teamwork.
LEGO Team Communication Challenge

Team members assume specific roles and collaborate under pressure to build LEGO creations. This engaging session improves clarity, communication, and collaboration in a fun, competitive format.

This class helps participants focus on what matters most by identifying their top priorities and aligning them with their calendar. Through practical strategies like time blocking, you’ll learn how to protect space for your “big rocks,” minimize distractions, and create a schedule that supports both productivity and balance.
New Leader Assimilation
3 hours | In Person Only
A structured workshop that accelerates trust and alignment between a new leader and their team. Through guided discussions, teams can safely ask questions and share expectations, while the leader gains insight into team culture, morale, and priorities. The process creates clarity, builds connection, and sets a strong foundation for collaboration over the first 90 days.
Facilitate Speed Networking

An interactive event designed to spark meaningful connections in a short amount of time. Guided by a facilitator, participants rotate through structured conversations that encourage authentic introductions, knowledge sharing, and create new professional relationships.
